Poor customer service

I placed an order for an upgrade on the 15th of January today is the 30th of January I paid the subscription till today the phone has not been delivered instead I get threatening messages to pay subscription for a phone that has not been delivered. The customer care is very poor, we rely on emails and WhatsApp as a company you cannot call them until they decide to call. Yesterday they said first thing in the morning my phone will be delivered.
