Poor Customer Service and Experience

Poor Communication, There landline does not work nor the Cell Number Listed on there Facebook page. There Commitment to have something by you by a certain day seems to be completely False. No body Responds or if they do its generic. The Back to school Promo did not apply and i just don't get proper feedback. I'm so annoyed i went with them because i would the Device by a certain time now I'm stuck out of pocket and Really bad Customer service.
