Poor customer service and delivery times

We are good customers of Rentoza, myself and my husband have taken a few items from them. However we always have such horrible experience with there staff... it's either you can't get hold of someone because you can't phone them, there staff are rude and Short never really explain anything to you. We have an order waiting over 1 whole month. We paid on the 3rd June and it's the 6th July and still have not received it!! Today we got told we will get refunded because we don't qualify for the order but it's been over a whole ****** month after you told we passed verification and there was just a delay but promise it will come as soon as stock arrives. We are so upset!! Rentoza I want a manager to call me now!!
