**** poor customer service

I placed an order on 24 April 2026 with Rentoza. That same day I cancelled the order. Their refund policy states that it takes between 6-16 business days to process. It is now well of 40 days and I don’t get any feedback. Emails or ignored not to mention whatsapp messages that are not even rep**** to. This.l organisation’s customer service sucks big time
