Poor customer service

One of the worst experiences I've had till date. Verification and payment done on the 23rd of December Dec 2024. Updated weekly by different emails with a no stock email which didnt bother me at that time. I then had an email saying the phone I requested is out of stock and was provided an alternative I rep**** as to agree with this alternative This is now early February. From that email till date I have not received any response from them poor service very unprofessional and there's something shady about them honestly
