Poor customer service

I'm soo disappointed and frustrated at the same time with rentoza customer service I paid a buyout fee that was agreed upon and they decided to lock my phone and now it's been 2 weeks that my phone has been locked all they do us to ask POP and I send it to them just for them to say it's unlocked but the phone is still locked and no one seems to care and find out , I'm loosing on alot just because of a phone I paid for 12 months now they don't care
