Poor Customer Service

Order was supposed to receive my order within 2 days, 3 weeks later order has still not arrived and the customer services team wasn't even bothered to communicate their challenges until I sent multiple complaints trying to find out was was going on, was only assisted after I threatened to go public on social media.
