Poor communication

I am very dissapointed at rentozas services i paid on Tuesday and i did verification and it was paused I called their new number it goes to voicemail sent an email no response I am not happy at all because their services used to be nice and quick now they lack communication all i want is my money to be refunded before i take legal actions
