Poor communication

I placed an order on the 23rd of December for a device payment was taken after that for the first month then followed the verification process which was done before the 28th due to the holidays in between as they operate in business days was then informed by the help center page it will take a few days before delivery is made I noticed 2 weeks have passed and it's quiet no order updates nothing then emailed support who said it takes 21 business days after verification is passed for orders to be placed for shipment not only was I irritated at this but confused as to why that long and why did the website not make that clear before anything was processed the only response I keep getting is that they are working hand in hand with the supplier to get stock I'll get my delivery soon till today being 12th of February I'm waiting for a device I ordered like no clear communication made no expectations set I wish I knew how they operated before choosing the brand
