Poor Client Services

I have a rental agreement with Rentoza, I have been requesting for my statement of Account since May 2023. They are not responding to my emails, telephone requests.

Their selling point is we deliver your device 4 days after receiving payment, my order was completed on the 25th of March 2023 and I only received the device on the 23rd of April 2023 and on the 25th of April they attempted to debit my account and sent their driver to collect the device later charging for the 2 days I had the device when they had the full amount since the 25th of March and I had nothing from them.
