Poor Call Agent Service - NOBUBELE NDLOVU

Received a rude call from a very rude agent name NOBUBELE NDLOVU calling me about payment. Zero stars for her

She always interjected calls and immediately without greeting threatened me with collection of my device. As if she was pushing for me to pay R300.

A call with another agent (NTHABISENG MASANABO, Collectios Manager) was nice, short and informative. She had so much patience and the issue was solved quick.

As an agent (NOBUBELE NDLOVU) she needs to assist people understand a situation. We dont work at Rentoza.

Previous conversations from previous month's requested for a change in payment date.

Payment (R300) was done previously. They didn't update my payment request and wanted me to pay another R300 to change date.
