PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I made an order with Rentoza,it took a whole week for the order to be processed and it was still declined. they have advised a refund to the original form of payment will be processed within 5-12 business days. it is an entire month that I waiting for my refund wit no resolution. They are avoiding me on all of their social media platforms if they respond they dismiss the matter all the time. worst part is you can never speak to a live human being its just automated messages on Whatsapp!!! I want my refund!!!
