1. They have no direct line of communication meaning you cannot physically speak to a person over the phone at all. 2. They take ages if ever to reply even when you are in the process of singing up they cannot assist when you need it. 3. They will use legal proceedings to claim back items faster than they take to reply to your query regarding your missed debit order. 4. They are not a **** but will definitely not survive in this market by being so unclear regarding their processes and allowing a bit to do all the work and not being able to speak to them directly. 5. I would not recommend you make use of Rentoza for the reason being that they are unorganised, very very very slow probably slower than the SA post office.

Please do not make use of Rentoza. Yes- it is affordable No- it is not worth the price No - you will struggle with then allloooot. And finally YES!! - YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE TO MAKE USE OF RENTOZA.
