phone locked and wrong charger

I ordered a phone with them, the service was perfect, got my phone within 3days. Problem is the Charger was a charger for a different phone also the phone is locked. Tried to contact them and got autoresponse that they are not available today and will be back at 8am the following day.

Now ia am stuck with a phone that is locked, they should have sms me the unlock code.
