Phone apps locked

Hi i have contract phone with rentoza i am facing an issue with the phone its been 6 days explaining the problem of the phone that all apps have been Deactivated meaning i do not have access on phone the phone app have been lock but no one is able to assist .

They keep on saying the phone is unlock ..yes the is unlock but the apps of the phone have been lock and i do not have access and when i switch on the no apps appears on the screen of the phone. its just take me to my contact list only . when i try to press anything on the its lock meaning the only thing i have access its my contact only .

i also been requesting Rentoza to call me so i can explain better my query but no luck they keep on sending Automated E-Mail response that the phone is not lock .YES ITS NOT LOCK BUT THE APPS OF THE HAVE BEEN LOCK AND I DO NOT I HAVE ACCESS ON ANY APPS ON THE PHONE IS 6 DAYS NOW .
