Pending Refund – No Response from Rentoza

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service and communication from Rentoza regarding my refund.

I cancelled my order by Rentoza on 7 April 2026 I was informed that my refund would be processed within 6–12 business days.

It has now been over a month since the cancellation, and I have still not received my refund.
