Payment Refund

I have been requesting a refund from November 2024 from Rentoza for a product that I subscribed too but did not get delivered but every time I get the automated email response of the query has been escalated to payment department. It’s almost 6 months and I have seen that device I paid for but I get calls every month end asking for payment on a device I never received.

They are so quick to call for payments but fail to follow up on requests when it’s refunds or complaints.

Can someone please share the office’s address for this company, it high time I pay them a visit.
