Pathetic service from Rentoza

Placed an order for a cellphone and tablet on the 22nd. Received a call from Ritha, as well as WhatsApp messages with discount codes. Prior to order being placed Rentoza was so easily contactable and available. Once my application has been declined and time for refunds they are unreachable. Numerous emails, WhatsApps and phones calls all does not go through.

I last received a message from their agent on WhatsApp saying the courier will deliver in 14 days. I asked if my refund is now handed to a courier to deliver which also goes unanswered. I am constantly being ignored via all communications platforms.

Such pathetic service from Rentoza.
