Pathetic service

I've order with you guys on the 27th October...I got a call 28 October saying I was gonna receive my goods the next Monday 31 October...but today 10 November I still didn't receive anything...you guys are not responding to my queries that I've been sending you plus the number I was called with doesn't even exist...no one is even responding to my emails
