Pathetic service

I made an order on the 6th of March and I paid money, was given an ETA of 1st of April for my order but I was told day before after i have asked about the delivery confirmation that they will not be able to deliver because there is no stock available and it will be available after 4-6 weeks and since then I have been waiting for my refund and only to be told after I have asked and after 2 weeks of waiting that there is problem with the refund system. I feel so violated and ****med right now. I feel so bad because I had recommended Rentoza to some people who are going through the same thing
