Pathetic Service

I truly regret doing business with this company, I made payment today at 08:00 e-mailed POP and requested a removal for the pop up on the phone. No response and pop up still Active. Again sent another e-mail at lunch time and again no response nor removal of the pop up.

When they require business they will e-mail you 10 times, call relentlessly but boom they fail to follow up on payments and put a damn frustrating pop up on the day of payment forgetting that very payments are done on the phone. Honestly I would not recommend them to anyone for their pathetic service. Don't call me begging me to remove this review....
