Pathetic service

Terrible service, wow I received my first order and then placed another order and paid for it, then 2days later they told me i don't qualify for another product and I will receive my money back, but 2weeks later and no communication, and everyday I send messages but nobody gets back to me,...I mean I paid money and now I have to bed for my money back... pathetic unprofessional service...I regret ever taking out any products from this stupid people, they love money and don't care about us
