Pathetic Service

The service is really beyond pathetic.my order was suppose to be delivered on the 29.11.2020 already,and after all the automated emails stating " we will be in full force on the the 3rd Jan " no one even has the decency to acknowledge emails ,sms,s or whatsapps. 1 star is actually to much to be given to company like this.
