Pathetic service

If there was a zero i would definitely opt for it ,i have device THEY ARE DEBITING R200 EXTRA EVERY MONTH....I have queried it but they promised to it reversed after a week still waiting for my refund .And i ordered another device and i had a problem with uploading docs now i have uploaded they are telling my order has been put on hold yet they are still keeping my money....STAY AWAY FROM THEM
