Pathetic service!

I waited almost a month for delivery of my device, after which I cancelled the order as I was told it would of been delivered between 5-10 working days , upon cancelling I was told they would be taking 5% of my payment! Seriously I only cancelled due to their negligence and making me wait more than 30 days !!! I am not wrong in saying that the reason should be taken in account surely if they couldn’t provide the device at the start they should of mentioned it. A total *******!!!!!
