Pathetic Service

I have 2 subscrptions with Rentoza and have never received such pathetic service from them until now, They double debited me and then say they refunded the money but when I call my bank I was advised that no refund was done. I have tried speaking to their consultants via the chat online but get no response. One consultant by the name of Valencia Kabini just ignores me and the others repeatedly keep filing me with lies. I have never missed a payment and now when they do something wrong and need to correct it a person is given the run around for their own money . I hope many people see this and I will keep posting bad reviews until my issue is resolved
