My subscription ended 6 months ago, arranged to pay the buy out price over 3 month, for 6 months they still took R340 out of my account and now I was told that that money that they've been taking for the past 6 months falls away and then forced me to still pay the buy out price or they block my phone. Horrible services, they don't have a clue what they're doing! And the contact number they provide on all their documents and website doesn't even exist! It took them 6 months to send me a link for the buy out price and in that time they kept *****ing my money every month
