PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FROM RENTOZA (PHONE LOCKED)

My phone was locked yesterday 1/8/2021, a day later after I had arranged to pay. Called the number on screen and Katlego responded. She told me she sent me the link for payment and is home already and there is nothing she can do to unlock the phone, she can do so tomorrow at work. How am I even going to be able to access that link when she has locked the phone? Tried calling her several times from 07:30 up until now, she is not answering. So silly and unprofessional of her! Which company locks your phone a day after not fulfilling your payment? They don't even give a grace period! I am so disguistd!
