Pathetic customer service

I reported a fault on my 3months old fridge and it took Rentoza almost a month to come pick it up for repairs. I had to scream and kick for them to respond or give an update on progress then eventually they notified me that they were coming to deliver a fridge. I made it clear that I do not want a repaired fridge and LG is willing to replace it as it would be unfair to me to have a repaired fridge. They brought the old one and it worked for few days then it's doing the same thing again 🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️ They are ignoring my texts, nobody tells me what the way forward is.
