Pathetic customer service

Can anyone please get back to me? What customer service is it when you do not respond to client emails? After 24hours theres still no reply, why do you then take the first installment if you dont plan to fulfill the clients order as a matter of importance?

I sent an email saying i have trouble l8nking capitec account, I have attached my statements, then someone rep**** saying "please note you have to complete bank account verification". This is absolutely unacceptable since its clear that person did not read what I sent to them. Its bot the first time I receive this type of service.
