Pathetic

So I failed verification because I changed banks. It's been 19 days and I am still waiting for my refund. When I created a ticket, only then was I informed they have a "technical" issue with refunds. If the roles were reversed and I owed them money or was late on a payment they would harass me and block my device till payment is made. Why the disrespect to not have the common decency to inform me you have an issue or to stipulate an ETA of my refund
