Pathetic!!!!!!

After missing payment date by one day because they sent me an invalid link my device was locked. it is now 18 hrs later and my device is still locked. Im receiving no response on my emails. no response on the live chat. ive been emailing since 8 this morning. This is just plain and simple pathetic!!!!! I will never make use of your service again!!!!!!
