Pathetic!!!!

I am beyond disappointed and genuinely appalled at the service levels I have received here. The only thing they are good at is sending apologies and giving silly explanations for their lack of efficiency!

I ordered an appliance from this company in November, which I have since paid for in November and December. I am yet to receive this appliance, however on their website they have marked the order as fulfilled! No tracking number or date of delivery on this item whatsoever! Just fulfilled.

I have reached out to one of the directors of the company, Chris and he has done absolutely nothing about this - no forthcoming information or explanation.

I have since requested that they cancel my order and refund my money and all of a sudden now there is radio silence from them!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company or provider! Pathetic!
