**** PARTS IN THEIR IPHONE!!!!

I've been a loyal customer with Rentoza for over 2 years and had a few devices from them. Dealing with this Company has been a complete nightmare not to mention their useless verification process as well as their non existing customer service! I had an Phone 12 and I received a notification on my device that iPhone has detected that I have **** parts in the device. When I contacted them they wanted me to go get a report from the IStore and I refused! I sent the phone back to them and they have been giving me the run around for a month now. Different staff answering my emails not having a clue as to what is going on! I requested that they cancel but even that email was not answered but they still want me to pay! There is definitely something fishy about this business Rentoza. IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, STAY AWAY FROM RENTOZA! not worth the trouble
