Palesa Rentoza Care-Lost/****** phone

I was involved in an armed ******* and my husband and myslef had our phones ******.

Rentoza care emailed amount that had to be paid for them to process the claim (the amount was really high) I was then called by a women called Palesa and she advised process after payment. She told me after payment the claim would be processed and response would be given in 3 working days.

I called, emailed, texted and no response. When I call Palesa, she would decline my calls and not respond to most of my messages on whats app. I finally got a response from her would condescending, rude messages. I asked for her managers details or even another person who could help and she responded implying I should first say please. then she said she is off and she will be back two days later. then switched off her phone. I am so disgusted at this, I would highly suggest no one uses rentoza as their service is sooooo bad.
