Palesa is Rentoza's Best Employee, my fact! Don't dispute.

Rentoza provides excellent and required services without the hassle of ownership. The concept is great and easily accessible for everyone. Their verifications system is proper, albeit quite slow at times. One is able to provide all required and necessary verifications within 1 hour, only to have their product/subscription delivered in more than a month...as such happened to me previously. This is a huge area of improvement for the company.

The staff are a disaster unfortunately and most are in-contactable. Their finance department are the worst, followed by those that work with cellular devices.

I must commend Palesa Mphogo who has always been there when all other staff would turn their backs. There are quite a few times when she had had to leave home early to get to the office before her shift starting time because of my requests. Often times I have made timeous payments only to have devices blocked by somebody, when trying to make contact I would often get disconnected, be ignored or have the phone slammed in my ear.

Palesa is really the shining star in a growing organization that has so much more potential. The others could learn a thing or two from her, they *should* learn a thing or two from her.
