Overpaid

My husband took out a phone which the contract states the last subscription was supposed to be paid on 28/06/2024 and after that the buyout. but they are still deducting for 5 months down the line. I have been emailing but with no reply or a proper response as to my query. I received a mail from Hulisani Nthambeleni where he sends me my buyout amount but he don't give me feedback as to what will happen to the extra money they deducted for the past 5 months. According to my knowledge the devise should be paid up by now including the buyout amount. They are a bunch of ******* ripping people off.
