extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rentoza service. Today I was shocked to discover that my account had been charged double the agreed subscription amount without any prior notice or explanation. This unauthorized charge has caused significant inconvenience and financial distress.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer support team for clarification and resolution, only to receive a generic email response that lacked any apology or acknowledgment of the error's impact on me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and empathy on their part.
