Overall great experience but communication needs to be sorted out

Although Rentoza could definitely work on their communication, I had an overall good experience. Once my 10 day waiting period for the device to ship was up I had to contact them via various channels to finally get told there is not stock and I should wait another 5 days. Once again I had to contact them via various channels and finally got told that the items is out of stock, but that they could offer me an alternative. Once I selected the alternative they were quick to change my order and shipped the same day. The device is great and exactly what I expected. I would only suggest that Rentoza communicates more efficiently with clients if there are delays with regards to stock.
