I cash called to be offered a second hand phone I rejected it and opted for another new phone but different model. I had to add money and I did on 02 December which amounted to R850 and is my monthly installment. I have not received the phone and it was mentioned in communication that if you have not receive the Item you will not be billed. A message came to opt out of being billed on the 13th of December which was a general to customers, I did not opt out because I have not receive the phone Come the 13th my account was billed R999 00 which is even more than what was suppose to be my installment. What am I paying for? It's three weeks now and phone is not delivered. Yet you billing me. I am going for holidays and no delivery. Why are you selling what you don't have I am Annoyed.
