Order delayed . Refund Requested

I give Rentoza 10/10 for Bad service and the consultants don't care because they don't even get back to you. Made an order and paid for it in January and I was supposed to get the Order on the 3rd of March but that never happened. One of the sales consultants was assisting me by the name of Tiyani and Oh My he talks with customers like he is talking with their friends. Azile Kgatla (Support), Thabang Mabato (Rentoza) Those were the so called consultants who only communicate via email and don't even respond to your emails. ****ty service I want to cancel and I want my refund ASAP as quick as you were to debit please be quick to also Refund me my money
