Order delay

Ordered a fridge over 2months ago, delivery date was set to be on the 27th january..To date have not received it..they have excuses that the supplier is out of stock, why advertise if theres no stock..on the 4th feb they said 7 to 10 working days, its past the date again and still waiting with countless mails...now when i ask for feedback they simply dont answer, theres no way to contact them directly..very dissapointed in them. Unacceptable business practice.
