order

I placed an order on the 26th feb and my delay was the verification process one of the agents said that they will pend the order, I get the Id and requested to complete the order Since then i don't have any joy, agents not responding and when they do respond they just copy and paste!!! they haven't returned the funds nor cancelled the order, On the website no guidlines to how you can redo the order ,this is such a waste as there is no direct number as well to call them
