Is anyone doing anything with regards to Rentoza ****ming people of their refunds? There’s hardly any human interaction, cannot call anyone, automated emails 6-12 working is their promise and I honestly think they just hope we forget and let it go. After a number of emails , I hope a human there sees this -CAN I HAVE MY REFUND AS PROMPTLY AS I PAID IT???!
