Ongoing subscription

I tool a cellphone on a 12 months rent to own deal. It's now more than 18 months of deducting. I tried several times to engage with them but no one is willing is willing to assist. Everyday it's empty promises and they no longer respond to my emails or WhatsApp as it's also one of their channel of communication.
