Not forthcoming with info - Poor service

My husband and I needed to get a new TV and a Fridge. My husband app**** through Teljoy and once approved in was delivered in 4 days. Me on the other hand I app**** with Rentoza, after submitting the documents through online application, they still email you asking you for the same documents you have already uploaded through the online application. What a frustrating process I must say.

Finally the application was approved. Now they say I must for 21 working days for delivery. This is almost a month!! Sadly they don't tell you this information before the application
