Not bad at all , just needs to fix their onboarding process

I am writing this as the company has only bad reviews . I cancelled an application as my bank was not listed and uploading dcuments didnt work. I then read all the bad reviews.

I found customer support friendly and they took 5 days to refund me without issue.

Not sure why all the bad press
