Non-existent Customer Service

Terrible service. No way to contact them whatsoever. Numerous mails sent to them. Day 2 after my email and still no response. After buyout price was paid they still deduct from my account and I get no replies of when the money will be paid back. You guys really need to sharpen up on your customer service because you're going to loose allot of customers if it goes on like this. Get a customer service number to get the customers queries sorted out.
