Non existence device

Good Day Team

Trust you will give me an honest answer regarding this matter , I have made an order on the 28th of April and I think it said delivery +- 5 days and no stock issue was reported then.

After a week passed I then heard about stock coming in batches and all that , I am now going for almost a month next week another debit due but still with no device.

Please explain to me what is the real issue currently with my order , timeframe from now I will wait to receive it or any alternative so I can swap and receive it earlier. I took the phone because I needed it not for just having it.

What measures are there in place so I don't get debited next week if the device is not there still.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated , I paid R1090 for a non existence device
