Non exciting customer service

Worst customer service ever!!! Last week Friday I app**** for a TV it was approved and I paid R810.00 till today after sending TV License and numerous emails I still haven't heard anything back from an agent.

This is why you cannot call them or reach them because they know they are poor in customer service. Takes a persons hard earn money and then ghosts you on email and messages. Not to mention that WhatsApp messages don't even get responded to at all.
